When I started working as an artist, writer and musician, it was based on a dream and perhaps talent. The success I had was growing very slowly like a small plant to a proud tree. Between was a universe of pain, disappointment, doubt and resignation. But all these were not strong enough to keep me away from my dreams and targets. I kept on going to follow my inner path and my own destiny. What I have done in the fields of arts, I want to do also with my most favorite hobby which is cooking. Cooking is a kind of philosophy, another kind of art to spoil senses, palates and stomachs. But cooking is also a source of relaxation to feel good and it can be a kind of aphrodisiacal for those who sharing together feelings of love and sympathy. Through my artistic work I have traveled many countries around the world and I enjoyed their exclusive cuisines. Over the years I tried to produce different dishes, refined with my own ideas and creativity. It is like somebody takes an old song and composing something new with past experiences. First I cooked only for my wife and children, then for friends and other guests followed later by Countries Presidents, Ambassadors, Diplomats and well know Artists. Suddenly my cooking was recognized as a new way in my life to make people happy. So it came in to my mind to open my first own restaurant `White House` in Sri Lanka followed by `Maharani` The Indian Restaurant. More sophisticated is my Private Dinner Club& Circumstances which brought me all over the world. The club offers a very special international and exclusive Cuisine for limited group of people. It is a unique event, a multicultural dining experience, combined with music, dance or theater, present by international renown artists.

3 month training at the lounchhouse. With the stuff nothing worked well and to the very end the chaos remained in service, logistic and organisation of the entire restaurant. Such experience isn`t needed again.
